Program Requirements and Acknowledgment

Please review the following program requirements and conditions before submitting your application:

The Congressional Fellowship is a 13-month program.
Fellowship placements are full-time and based in Washington, D.C.
Placements in congressional district or state offices are not available through the program.
Participation in the program’s mandatory December training is required.
With Honor Institute independently evaluates applicants and selects the fellowship cohort.
Selection as a fellow does not guarantee placement with any particular congressional office.
Fellows participate in an interview and matching process with eligible congressional offices, and a placement must be mutually agreeable to both the fellow and host office.
Prior employment or other relationships with a congressional office may affect eligibility for placement with that office.
If selected, fellows must comply with applicable With Honor Institute, U.S. House or Senate, and host-office policies, rules, and requirements.
